But use crabs, shrimps, squids, sea worms, eels and cut baits if you are angling in the saltwater.

Not all fish prefer bright sunlight or cool water with the afternoon light. So, you need to keep a check on the fish's feeding habits according to the time of the day and then go on to select the ideal bait which would work the best. How you present the bait to your fish is a matter of grave importance! The bait has to look absolutely natural when it is hooked. The fishing bait must cover the hook entirely and imitate the movement of the actual creature.

Just remember to be gentle while pulling the fishing line. An abrupt shaking of the line might make the fish get away before you can reel it in. Tight Lines!
